New Leadership Training Programme Announced

As part of our commitment to helping our customers prevent conflict in the workplace, we are pleased to introduce a brand new Leadership training programme to our portfolio, developed in conjunction with an eminent industry practitioner. 

The Programme

The new programme includes Strategic Thinking, Leading through Change, and Business Planning and Coaching Skills, and is delivered by Morten Kamp Andersen, one of the foremost trainers in Europe.

Each programme is adapted to the organisational context to maximise the impact of the learning for all delegates. We offer 12 basic modules that span a broad range of competencies which can be tailored to client requirements.  The duration of each programme will vary according to the learning objectives, but typically they are 1 – 3 day modules.  

The Trainer

Drawing upon a dual career as an occupational psychologist and financial analyst, Morten has instilled a powerful combination of both commerical accumen and people skills into the programme. Morten is also a Human Capital Consultant, advising large corporates on their people value and strategy at the highest level.

Morten holds a Masters' degree in Psychology, a Bachelors' degree in Business Administration alongside various professional certifications.
