- Have senior-level experience of Human Resources or Personnel Management for public or private organisations
- Cover a variety of conflict Planning, Prevention and Resolution skills including Mediation, Investigation, training, policy drafting, coaching, organisational assessment and diagnosis and change management
- Are members of appropriate professional bodies and have relevant professional qualifications
- Come with an essential understanding of the importance of diversity, equality and fairness in the workplace
We assign the most appropriate consultant to each project delivered, then support and case-manage them through to completion. All our consultants remain independent. They have a consultancy contract and insurance, in addition to the broader cover offered by People Resolutions. They all agree to work to our standards and to respect arrangements we have made with our clients to ensure quality and consistency - and confidentiality.
