But that’s assuming you think ‘wellness’ is just about healthy eating, subsidised gym facilities, EAP providers. Or anti-smoking policies. That every wellbeing initiative costs money. Or bottom line positive impacts (reduced absence, higher productivity) can’t be measured. Or that science can’t tell you when the best time in the day it is to make healthy business decisions. That a talented system with a healthy supply of new ideas is not the principal source of competitive advantage. Now, more than ever, wellness is the smart strategic move.
Our starting point – as HR – is HR. Strategic, commercial, evidence-based, transformative HR.
