Exploring the methods of preventing conflict in an organisation and the business case for doing so.

3.15pm – 4.30pm - Assessing Conflict

Recognising areas of conflict risk within your organisation that have a direct bottom-line cost to the business, and measuring them and understanding what aspects of the working environment are allowing damaging behaviour to occur.
