Transition to the shared service and HR ‘business partner’ model hasn’t been as easy or as seamless as some had hoped, and the jury is still out in some firms as to whether value has been truly added. Our HR Development Programme is specifically focused on sharpening the strategic and individual human capital skills HR colleagues need.  Our core module, HR Internal Consultancy Skills Programme, equips HR colleagues with the key attributes they need to become a commercially-focused internal consultant with true business partner skills.  Laying the foundation skills for any HRM/BP, it guides the organisation in identifying what additional modules they require to further develop their HR managers based on individual knowledge, skill and experience gaps.
