HR Development Programme
To help HR Managers and HRBP’s become commercially-driven internal consultants, we’ve developed a broad HR Manager (HRM)/Business Partner (BP) Programme, comprising a series of knowledge and skills-based learning modules that underpin the key activities of an effective HRM/BP.
Modules combine knowledge and practical application to fully embed learning, as well as challenge existing mind-sets and behaviour. The programme spans over two days (which can be split into two, one-day workshops), and will equip delegates with the critical skills and confidence to be an effective, commercially-focused, HR internal consultant.
Following completion of the core programme, HR Internal Consultancy Skills, we’ve developed a broad range of modules on key HR topics, based on individual knowledge and skills gaps. The broader programme is as follows:
