People Management Modules

Our People Management Programme is aimed at new and existing line-managers.  For all managerial levels from supporting supervisors and team leaders, to more senior executives, our suite of programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively manage people on a day to day basis.

Each module of your programme can be tailored in line with your business requirements and can vary in length from 2.5 hour sessions to 1 day programmes.  We can also provide post course support through phone/email advice, face to face mentor services or webinars.

Following completion of the initial Be a Great People Manager course, we are able to work with organisations to create a tailored People Management Programme from this selection of management training modules.
