Our People Management Programme is aimed at new and existing line-managers. For all managerial levels from supporting supervisors and team leaders, to more senior executives, our suite of programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to effectively manage people on a day to day basis.
Be a Great People Manager
Our Be a Great People Manager course is the core module for our People Management Programme.
This course provides an excellent benchmark of their strengths and weaknesses against which to identify further development. Programme sessions include:
- What it means to be a great people manager
- Understanding the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed in an effective manager
- Identifying participants' own management style and what this means for their team
- How managers can be supported by HR
- The fundamental principles of effective management
- Proactive versus reactive management
Each subsequent module of your programme can be tailored in line with your business requirements and can vary in length from 2.5 hour sessions to 1 day programmes. We can also provide post course support through phone/email advice, face to face mentor services or webinars.
Following completion of the Be a Great People Manager course, we are able to work with organisations to create a tailored People Management Programme from this selection of management training modules.
