Our Investigators  are typically members of the CIPD, The Law Society, or the BPS, and many have additional qualifications in employment law.  They are experienced in sensitively questioning those involved (including witnesses) and analysing evidence against companies’ policies and procedures.

They are flexible too, conducting either a simple ‘fact-find’ or including conclusions, findings and recommendations in their reports. As part of our service we always proof-read reports for robustness to underpin subsequent stages of the process – even court-based procedures.
