About Investigations
What are Investigations?
Workplace Investigations examine formal complaints and allegations such as grievances, whistle blowing, disciplinary cases and fraud, obtaining a clear picture of the situation through evidence gathering and analysis. Case findings are then reported to the organisation.
What types of Investigations are there?

Disciplinary Investigations – for allegations or complaints of under performance, gross misconduct, or fraud.
Whistleblowing Investigations – for allegations or complaints of misconduct breaching civil or criminal law (including maladministration, health and safety, or the environment).
Organisational Investigations – for allegations or complaints including redundancy, contractual disputes, duty of care, compromise agreements and settlements.
Fraud Investigations – for allegations or complaints on alleged wrongdoings or malpractices taking place within the organisation.
Code of Conduct Investigations – for allegations or complaints relating to a breach of The Code of Conduct for Local Authorities.
